DHS S&T SBIR WORKSHOP
REGISTRATION
Registration begins at 8:30 each day and the sessions begin at 9:00. Please allow ample time to get through security and to check-in prior to the start. We expect the sessions to end around 4:00 each day.
Security Screening
All visitors must have a valid government issued ID to gain access to the building (i.e. driver’s license or passport). All visitors and bags will need to go through a screening process, similar to the airport, prior to entering the building.
Directions
The DHS Workshop will take place in the Main Auditorium of the GSA & DHS Building located at 301 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20407. All visitors must enter through the D Street entrance.
Parking
If you will be driving in there are nearby parking lots located at 480 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, DC and 901 D St SW, Washington, DC.
Metro
If taking metro you can access the L’Enfant Station off of the Orange, Silver, Blue, Yellow or Green lines. The closest exit to the building is L’Enfant Plaza Mall Concourse, 9th & D St. which is not handicap accessible. At the top of the escalator Exit to the right to the outside and continue down the steps. The visitor entrance to the building is directly across the street. Hotels
There are three hotels within walking distance of the 7th and D Street where the conference will take place.
